Shipping and Terms

Shipping for Screenprints

Please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch. Refer to product listing for pre-order dispatch information.

Once dispatched shipping usually takes 3-5 working days within the EU and 9-12 working days for international orders outside the EU. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. (Currently experiencing extra-long delays on shipments to the US.)

Shipping costs include packaging; prints will arrive wrapped and carefully rolled in a sturdy tube. Sent with track and trace registered mail.

Print will ship from my studio in the Netherlands. For international shipping outside the EU orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Please check with the destination country to see what fees may be applied on delivery.

Orders within the EU will be charged VAT at checkout.  

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again. However, the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.

If you would like to combine shipping or if there is no option for your destination country, please get in touch.

Shipping for Giclée Prints

Dispatch within 5 working days.

Once dispatched shipping usually takes 3-5 working days for orders within the EU and the UK and 6-12 working days for international orders. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. (Currently experiencing extra-long delays on shipments to the US.) 

Giclée print orders from within the EU will be sent from our fine art printers in Dusseldorf, Germany and will not face additional import charges, but will be subject to additional VAT at checkout.

Giclée print orders from within the UK will be sent from our fine art printers in London and will not face additional import charges.

For international shipping outside of the EU and the UK the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees may apply. Please check with the destination country to see what fees may be applied on delivery.

Order Cancellations

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Order cancellations may be subject to a transaction fee. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation if too much time has passed.

Jennifer Dionisio's Print Shop reserves the right to cancel any orders deemed fraudulent and/or suspicious.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your print at info@jenniferdionisio.com . Please include your order number and photos of the damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges at this time as the items are at risk of being damaged on the way back to us.
